Church Leader we are so excited you are here. After several years of looking at discipleship through a different lens it has amazed us that so many church leaders do not have an intentional discipling process in place in their church. Small Groups, life groups, and bible studies litter the church landscape but few bring lasting transformation that can be replicated for others to carry with them. Oftentimes, the discipling of others is information download or dependent on just a few key leaders in the church.

But, our hope is to see you succeed, to let you learn from our mistakes and save you a few steps in your efforts to create a discipling culture in your church. We offer a couple different ways that you can tap into our experiences to save you the effort in the work that you are doing.

COHORTS AND COACHING

D3 Church Leader Cohorts

Our 2-day D3 Church Leader Cohorts give you the tools you need to grasp the basic concepts and principles behind the D3 Pathway. Two days of information packed training helps you as a church leader to assess, evaluate, and be encouraged as you look to build an intentional discipling culture in your church. We include a 30,000 foot view of the D3 Pathway, an overview of each of the tools that your participants will learn, and answer any questions you might have along the way.
These events are free to you if you can cover transportation and lodging for the event.
These events are held each Fall and Spring in Kansas City to help you get a jump on the next upcoming ministry season.

Coaching and Consulting

Our D3 Team would be happy to work with you and your teams to help create an intentional disciple-making vision and strategy that leads to transformation in the life of your church members.
