Discipling Pathways
Leading a group through our discipling pathways is an exciting opportunity to help others grow deeper in their faith. Each pathway serves as a step in their spiritual journey, providing clear, intentional guidance as they move from understanding foundational truths to living out their faith in daily life. As a leader, your role is to create a space where each person feels supported and challenged, helping them to embrace each step with confidence and purpose.
The three discipling pathways—D1, D2, & D3—are designed to foster spiritual growth through teaching, application, and transformation. As your group progresses, encourage open discussions, prayerful reflection, and practical steps for living out what they’re learning. By the end of the series, your group will not only have a deeper understanding of God’s Word but also be equipped to multiply and disciple others, fulfilling the mission of making disciples who make disciples.

In-Step Leader
Becoming an In-Step Leader is about stepping into a role where you actively listen, support, and guide individuals through life’s challenges. As an In-Step Leader, you’ll have the opportunity to walk alongside those who may feel stuck in certain areas of their lives—whether it’s in their faith, relationships, or personal struggles. Your role is to offer counsel, encouragement, and biblical wisdom, creating a safe space where people can be vulnerable and find practical steps toward breakthrough and healing.
This journey of leadership is rooted in walking "in-step" with others, not as an expert, but as someone who is genuinely committed to seeing people grow and move forward. By building trust and offering support, you can help individuals identify the root causes of their struggles, process emotions, and take steps toward spiritual and personal freedom. As an In-Step Leader, you are a catalyst for transformation, helping people regain their footing and find their purpose as they continue to walk out their journey with God.
