Phase 4 | Deployment
Deploy // to spread out, utilize, or arrange for a deliberate purpose.
The time has come and your group is ready to be deployed. After months of training and experience they are ready to “Go”, just as Jesus had told His disciples to “Go”. You are now asking those in your group to replicate what they have learned. In addition, you as the leader have now created the second generation of a spiritual family. Our prayer is that they will find people of peace and bring them through the same pathway where they experienced transformation.
Deployment Party
At our Deployment Parties we get to celebrate what God has done through our group and the way that He has brought transformation to our lives. We will gather one final time as a group, joining together in prayer, encouragement, and looking at next steps to lead the next groups.
Spiritual Family
Spiritual Family is important to your long-term development and growth as a leader. You will retain a long-term relationship with those who have discipled you for further coaching and counsel. Your spiritual family will continue to grow as more fellow disciples are made.
