DEPLOYMENT TRAFFIC LIGHT
The deployment traffic light for discipling deployment is a helpful tool that guides leaders in determining when and how to send out disciples to multiply and spread the gospel. Using a traffic light system, leaders can assess whether individuals are ready for deployment based on their spiritual growth and readiness to lead others.
A “green light” means the person is prepared to be deployed and is equipped to disciple others; a “yellow light” indicates they need further development and may need to look to co-lead with a seasoned leader; and a “red light” signals that more foundational growth is needed before they can be released into leadership. This approach ensures that disciples are sent out at the right time, equipped and ready to make a lasting impact.
